HOW TO REACH ISTEC (FAENZA) FROM Bologna (BLQ) AIRPORT

The easiest and cheapest way is by public transport:

  • passengers arriving on a flight to Bologna simply follow the signs for Marconi Express, which lead to the first floor of the terminal and from there to the pedestrian walkway connecting to the station.

       Access to the Marconi Express station takes place in the Carracci Atrium.

       Tickets can be purchased:on the "Marconi Express" website, on the Roger app,  at the automatic      ticket machines at the departure stations and in various points of sale at the airport, station and city center.

  • At the train station you will have trains to Faenza almost each half an hour.
  • Once you are at the Faenza train station, you can both use the taxi or the bus.

Taxi: you should find it on the right side of the train station; the ride costs around 10 E (train station-ISTEC) and takes less than 5’.

By public transport

electric train on elevated track “Marconi Express” to reach Bologna Central Railway Station in about 7 minutes and then take the bus, or take a taxi: the CNR is a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport

HOW TO REACH PADOVA FROM THE VENICE AIRPORT

You can get to Venice International Airport Marco Polo (Venezia Airport – Airport in Venice Marco Polo (VCE)), then with  the bus to the Padua railway station.
