NFFA-Europe best poster award at this year’s EMRS Spring Meeting goes to Julius Bürger
Julius Bürger received the award for his online contribution "Investigation of interfacial widths and line-edge roughnesses in microphase separated cylindrical block copolymer thin films" during the NFFA-Europe Symposium entitled “New Trends in Advanced Lithography and Pattern Transfer Methods”.
The investigation was carried out in cooperation with the working groups NNP (Prof. Lindner, Physics) and TC (Prof. Grundmeier, Chemistry) at the University of Paderborn and the Institute of Materials and Nanotechnology (Prof. Orive) at the Universidad de La Laguna, Tenerife, Spain.
