The aim is to enable them to get acquainted with the techniques and methods at the NanoSciences and Nanotechnologies facilities/infrastructures aiming at improving their specific experimental skills and competences for further collaborations. Nffa.eu Pilot’s focus is to make young scientists fully aware of the advantages of using research infrastructures as a unique resource for their research and scientific profile.
The proposal should be short and concise. Please fill in the electronic form found below.
Nffa.eu Pilot students, young members and users submit a brief proposal to an Independent Experts Panel via the email address training@nffa.eu . The subject of the email should start as ‘Application to Nffa.eu Pilot special training visits’. It is also possible to fill in the electronic form that you will find below.
The duration of Special Training Visits should not normally exceed 2 weeks. Accepted training visits should take place within 6 months from approval. Travel and subsistence expenses of trainees will be covered by the Nffa.eu Pilot TLNet/UONet.
Following the training visit, a short report should be submitted to the Nffa.eu Pilot Central. Please, fill in the form at the end of this page.
