1ST CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Nffa-Europe Pilot invites staff of consortium members to submit proposals for short-term staff exchanges among Nffa-Europe Pilot access providers.

The aim is to ensure that infrastructure operators and technicians are trained at the highest possible level through the sharing of expertise, procedures and knowledge.

PROCEDURE

BRIEF PROPOSAL

The proposal should be short and concise. Please fill in the electronic form found below.

SUBMISSION

Nffa.eu Pilot scientists and/or technicians submit a brief proposal to an Independent Experts Panel via the email address training@nffa.eu . The subject of the email should start as ‘Application to Nffa.eu Pilot staff exchanges’. It is also possible to fill in the electronic form that you will find below.

TIMING & SUPPORT

The duration of Special Training Visits should not normally exceed 2 weeks. Accepted training visits should take place within 6 months from approval. Support for approved proposals will cover the travel and subsistence expenses of visiting scientists or technicians.

FINAL REPORT

Following the training visit, a short report should be submitted to the Nffa.eu Pilot Central. Please, fill in the form at the end of this page.
